More Italian Open & the Roman Forum! Saturday, July 10th
We started the day by
playing tennis
at the
Foro Italico again.
Here is a
picture from the
balcony of the
clubhouse,
overlooking some
of the
courts.
Even Brad got out
and played today!

The
group after tennis.
After tennis
we went to the
Roman Forum.
This was where Rome was ruled from.... back in the day.
We walked on the
same marble roads that Ceaser would have walked on
over 2000
years ago.
It was really interesting to learn how everything in
Roman history fit together!

In front
of more
ruins.
Off to our right is the spot
where Ceaser's body
was burned after he was assassinated by some
senator's.
It was so
hot here, that while we were looking around,
we would go
from one spot
of shade to the
next trying to stay cool.
